Generally speaking Cantonese food is a bit light Sichuan food is very hot Shanghai food is rather oily and Hunan dishes are very spicy having a strong and hot taste.

Mapo Beancurd steamed fish sweet and sour pork ribs spring roll and many Chinese dishes are very delicious. In the north of China people eat a lot of noodles and dumplings. In the south of China people eat a lot of rice and seafood. Chinese food is good in color flavor and taste. So I like it very much.

There are different kinds of noodles in our country. In Shanxi the most famous noodle is sliced noodles in Guangdong it has dry fried noodles; in Si chuan people love spicy hot noodles very much. Born in Beijing and live in Beijing I love fried bean paste noodles the best.

The fired bean paste noodles is very easy to cook. First of it you should slice the cucumber into pieces cook the soy bean and green bean for about ten minutes then put these material in a bowl. Second stir-frying the paste. Mix the minced meat ginger and green onion and then put them in the pan keep frying the paste until you can smell the aroma. Last put the paste onto the noodles you have prepare and add the cucumber soy bean and green bean to the noodles. The fried bean paste noodles are done. If you have time you can try this I sure you will love it.

I do not just have one dream, in fact, I have three. they are: a healthy life, a happy family and to travel my great country.I want to travel this great country of ours. I want to see the beauty of our country.

I want to see the miracles that made this country great! I want to go from the east to west, from the north all the way down to the south! I have a dream, that one day I can travel and see my country with my family and friends! If that is not possible, seeing my country on my own is good enough also. If I can fulfill all three of my dreams in life, then god can take me away. I would be happy, and l would have lived a full and prosperous life. Thank you everyone for listening to my dreams. Stepping into the new century environment pollution has become more serious than ever since. There are different kinds of pollution. Such as water pollution air pollution and noise pollution and so on. It seems that we live on a planet which is full of pollution. 

where all these pollution comes from? To a large extend the environmental destruction is the heavy price that we pay for the rapid development of economy and the growing population. In order to have more fuel people cut down trees and dig more corals. 

But the growing needs for energy are hardly to meet. Countless private cars on the street the gas stations are short of gasoline even the government has raise the price so many times in order to control the needs of gasoline but it’s still not working. Overusing the natural resources has already affected the ecological balance. However the factories still release the toxic air into the sky and the polluted water into the rivers. People still lack of the conscious of protecting the environment. I think it’s time for all of us to do something.

In fact ,language learning comes from every detail in our life . As students in the university , we have more choices to improve our English level .i think ,we can learn it by going to class, seeing the movie ,listening to music , speak with our friends in English and so on. Besides we also have some chances to learn just like this. So, we can learn it well if we attach more attentain to it.

The chief problem we should face to is our attitude and interest towards English learning .People usually say they can not learn well because some excuse. Yes, just excuse. We need to bring up interest and correct our attitude . if we determined to do ,we may have fun learning it well.
