Life hard。 We should not give up hope。 By the time we have given up, we are finhed。 Chances are always there。 We have to grab every single opportunity。。。to help, to love and to serve。 To live our life happier, full of joy, we have to set our goal and even dream big。

If we choose the shortest path in life, we will never learn。 To be or not to be, we have to be SOMEBODY。 The fastest way to gain love to love others first!Do not hide your talent, your knowledge and your beautiful heart。 Go for your dream and live for it。

today i am very glad to be here to share with you my ideas of success. what is success? it is what everyone is longing for.sometimes success would be rather simple. winning a game is success; getting a high grade in the exam is success; making a new friend is success; even now i am standing here giving my speech is somehow also success.

however, as a person's whole life is concerned, success becomes very complicated. is fortune success? is fame success? is high social status success? no, i don’t think so. i believe success is the realization of people's hopes and ideals.nowadays, in the modern society there are many people who are regarded as the successful. and the most obvious characteristics of them are money, high position and luxurious life. so most people believe that s success and all that they do is for this purpose. but the problem is wether it is real success. we all know there are always more money, higher position and better condition in front of us. if we keep chasing them, where is the end? what will satisfy us at last? therefore, we can see, to get the real success we must need something inside, which is the realization of people's hopes and ideals.

different people have different ideas about success; cause people's hopes and ideas vary from one another. but i am sure every success is dear to everybody, cause it is not easy to come by, cause in the process of our striving for success, we got both our body and soul tempted, meanwhile we are enlightened by the most valuable qualities of human beings: love, patient, courage and sense of responsibility. these are the best treasures. so now i am very proud that i have this opportunity to stand here speaking to all of you. it is my success, cause i raise up to challenge my hope.

what is success? everyone has his own interpretation as i do. but i am sure every success leads to an ever-brighter future. so ladies and gentlemen, believe in our hopes, believe in ourselves, we, every one of us, can make a successful life!

wish you all good success!

no young man believes he shall ever die. it was a saying of my brother's, and a fine one. there is a feeling of eternity in youth, which makes us amend for everything. to be young is to be as one of the immortal gods. one half of time indeed is flown-the other half remains in store for us with all its countletreasures; for there is no line drawn, and we see no limit to our hopes and wishes. we make the coming age our own-

the vast, the unbounded prospect lies before us.

death. old age. are words without a meaning. that paby us like the idea air which we regard not. others may have undergone, or may still be liable to them-we "bear a charmed life“, which laughs to scorn all such sickly fancies. as in setting out on delightful journey, we strain our eager gaze forward-

bidding the lovely scenes at distance hail!

and see no end to the landscape, new objects presenting themselves as we advance; so, in the commencement of life, we set no bounds to our inclinations. nor to the unrestricted opportunities of gratifying them. we have as yet found no obstacle, no disposition to flag; and it seems that we can go on so forever. we look round in a new world, full of life, and motion, and ceaseleprogress; and feel in ourselves all the vigor and spirit to keep pace with it, and do not foresee from any present symptoms how we shall be left behind in the natural course of things, decline into old age, and drop into the grave. it is the simplicity, and as it were abstractedneof our feelings in youth, that (so to speak) identifies us with nature, and (our experience being slight and our passions strong) deludes us into a belief of being immortal like it. our short-lives connection with existence we fondly flatter ourselves, is an indissoluble and lasting union-a honeymoon that knows neither coldness, jar, nor separation. as infants smile and sleep, we are rocked in the cradle of our wayward fancies, and lulled into security by the roar of the universe around us0we quaff the cup of life with eager haste without draining it, instead of which it only overflows the more-objects prearound us, filling the mind with their magnitude and with the strong of desires that wait upon them, so that we have no room for the thoughts of death.

To be or nor to be, that is a question. To succeed or to fail? How to succeed and how to achieve? These problems confuse many teenagers in nowadays.

We all have dreams, and we all work hard to realize them. But there will always be some problems and setbacks to stop the pace of advance. When they appear, what should we do? To stop or to go on? Mrs. Curie told us the answer. We all know that Mrs. Curie discovered radium, but how many people really know how hard she worked? At that time, there were many people disapprove of Mrs. Curie. Although she got over hundreds of difficulties, she still believed in herself and never gave up. Finally, she succeeded to discover radium. She proved that she was right by her continuous hard work and her strong spirit. We should learn from Mrs. Curie. She told us the truth through her own experiences that believe in yourself, you can do it! Never give up, face the difficulties with a smile, someday, you will be proud of yourself.

The key to success is confidence. It makes you brave, helps you get over the troubles, and brings motivation to you. For example, somebody always get nervous when they have an important speech, if they are in a nervous mood, the results are always terrible. But if they are confident to themselves, the results turn out to be better. Therefore, be confident, believe in yourself, keep smile in your face when comes to difficulties, and you will achieve more.

ThesunhasbeguntosetandIhangupthesmileI’vewornallday,thoughIwillmakesureitisthefirstthingIputbackoninthemorningjustincaseitis“thatday。”Iwanthertoseemeatmyverybest。

Idothenormalroutine,eatdinner,cleanthehouse,write—theusualstuff。AndthenIlaydownhopingtofallasleepquicklysomynewdaywillhurryupandarrive。Anewdaywithabrandnewsun。ButasIlaythereandwaitfortheworldtoturnhalfwayaround,Ithinkabouther。AndsometimesIsmile,andsometimesthatsmilewillturnintoasnicker,andthenoftenthatsnickerwillturnintoaburstoflaughter。

AndthentherearetimesIgetthatlumpinmythroatandthattightfeelinginmychest,andsometimesthatfeelingoverwhelmsmeandbeginstoturnintoatear,andoftenthattearmultipliesitselfandIcannolongerfightthefeelingandIlosethebattle。ThensomehowthrougheitherthejoyorthesadnessIdriftandfindmyselfasleep。Thenthedreamsbeginandkeepmepanyuntilmynewdayarrives。

Andthereitis…thesun,evenwhenit’scloudy;somehowIstillseeit。AnditsmilesatmeandIsay,“Thankyou,”andIsmileback。

ThenIaskmyself,“Isthistheday?”Andtheexcitementrushesovermeagain。AndthenIaskmyself,“Where’sitgoingtobe?”

Sheismysunrise,mydawn,mynewday。

Franklin’s life full of charming stories which all young men should know —how he sold books in Boston, and became the guest of kings in Europe; how he was made Major General Franklin, only to quit1 because, as he said, he was no soldier, and yet helped to organize the army that stood before the trained troops of England and Germany。

Self-made, self-taught, the candle maker’s son gave light to all the world; the street bookseller set all men singing of liberty; the apprentice became the most sought after man across the world, and brought h native land to prae and honor him。

He built America, for what our nation today largely due to the management, the forethought, the wdom, and the ability of Benjamin Franklin。 duanwenw。 He belongs to the world, but especially he belongs to America。 The people around the world honored him while he was living; he still regarded as the loftiest man by the mon people today after h death。 And he will live in people’s hearts forever。
